Mechanical integrity is an integral part of plant operations and in order to be an effective competitor in today's global markets reliability is a key component. Our API Inspectors, qualified to the American Petroleum Institute’s, inspection programs have the background and experience to provide detailed mechanical integrity assessments of your storage tanks, pressure vessels and piping systems in accordance with API procedures and plant specifications. With support from non-destructive testing applications where needed, our API inspectors will evaluate your equipment and furnish a detailed assessment of the condition providing recommendations for corrective action and/or maintenance activities. • Shell and Floor settlement evaluation.
• Tank Bottom Evaluation - Using Magnetic Flux Leakage, (MFL) technology we can assess the presence of under floor corrosion and evaluate the extent and severity without the need for removing floor coupons.
• Tank Shell Scanner - While your equipment remains in operation and without the need for costly scaffold, we can collect thickness data externally on tank shells providing essential information relating to corrosion activity. Incorporating magnetic wheels, our shell scanning equipment can also be used internally during tank outages.
• AutoCAD Drafting of tank and vessel roll-out views, elevation views and isometric diagrams of piping systems.
• Restoration of old blue prints into electronic AutoCAD drawings.
