By assigning a dedicated staff to implement or review your inspection program we can develop your program or adjust your current scope to meet individual needs. By developing equipment specific inspection plans and procedures, we'll ensure repeatable and cost effective long term results. By working alongside your plant operating, engineering and maintenance personnel we’ll ensure the program's continued success. Program specifics are;

Develop a data-base of static and/or rotating equipment
Document static data and inspection and maintenance history on each equipment and enter into the plant maintenance system
Develop roll out/elevation drawings of plant tanks and vessels or isometric drawings of piping systems. Electronic drafting in AutoCAD
Conduct equipment inspections and generate reporting
Calculate equipment corrosion rates and remaining life based on data collected
Establish recommended inspection intervals and schedule next inspection dates based on risk based inspection principals
